It includes a summary of Paul Schäfer's medical history, from pages 121 to 131, which are not available for public consultation, in accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 20. 584, which states that 'the information contained in the file, a copy of it or part of it, will be delivered, totally or partially, at the express request of the persons and organizations indicated below, in the cases, form and conditions indicated: a) To the holder of the clinical record, to his legal representative or, in case of death of the holder, to his heirs. b) To a third party duly authorized by the holder, by means of a simple power of attorney granted before a notary public. c) To the courts of justice, provided that the information contained in the clinical record is related to the cases they are hearing. d) To the prosecutors of the Public Ministry and to the attorneys, prior authorization of the competent judge, when the information is directly related to the investigations or defenses they are in charge of'.
